Reminder Setting

Request Review:

  • Send automatic reminder asking customer to leave a review: By enabling this option, the system will send automatic reminders for asking customers to leave a review.


  • An automated email will be sent to customers a selected number of days after order fulfillment, inviting them to leave a product review: A reminder email will be automatically sent a selected number of days after the initial review request if no response is received, and it will be activated only when the request review email is enabled.


Automatic Review Reminders Email Template:

By using this option, admin can customize the email templates that are sending to buyers for review request reminders.


Email Templates

Admin notification email(s) configuration:

  • The admin can customize the notification email that they receive while new reviews are curated.
  • The admin can set up the Negative reviews notification on separate email IDs based on the criteria for given stars.


Customer notification email(s) configuration:
  • An admin can customize the reviewer notification email that they receive once the new review is submitted.


Customer Review Confirmation Email:
  • An Admin can customize the review confirmation notification email that the reviewer receives after submitting the review.
