• Publish Reviews Manually: If the option is enabled, the submitted review can't be published automatically and the admin needs to publish it manually within 14 days. Please note that after 14 days, reviews will be published automatically.
• Auto Publish Reviews: Submitted reviews will be automatically published as per the below-chosen criteria.
• Publish All Reviews Automatically: All the submitted reviews will be published without any criteria.
• At least 2 Stars: A review will be published if the submitted review has 2 stars.
• At least 3 Stars: A review will be published if the submitted review has 3 stars.
• At least 4 Stars: A review will be published only if the submitted review has 4 stars.
• At least 5 Stars: A review will be published only if the submitted review has 5 stars.

Admin can setup the conditions for submitting the reviews. If it matches, then only user can submit the review. The conditions are as below.

• No Restrictions: Anyone can submit the reviews
• Only Buyers: Only buyers can submit reviews who have purchased the item
• Only buyers with email link: By enabling this option, the Write a Review button will be hidden on the storefront and users can submit the review by using the link that is received on their email with the purchase confirmation email. 

Admin can enable/disable review submission dates on the widget to visible it on frontend

Admin can allow users to upload videos along with their reviews.

• Hide personal details with asterisk before posting review: By enabling this option, the system will replace personal information with asterisks(ex.: example@example.com converts to ******@****
• Hide new reviews that contain profanity or offensive language: By enabling this option, new Reviews will be automatically marked as Unpublished in the Reviews Dashboard if any of the defined Blocklist words are identified in the review.

Restrict Email Domains:

Admin can block the email domains by adding in this (e.g. gmail.com, yopmail.com) to keep review authenticity and the system will not allow the users to add reviews by using the domain. 

Admin notification email(s) configuration:

Admin can customize the notification email by using this section, that sending as a confirmation email to reviewer when anyone replied to their review.
